Online, face to face and telephone counselling
Does life feel like its getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to get back on your feet again
If you feel stuck, confused or overwhelmed then counselling with a compassionate therapist can help you to get your life back. I have thirty five years experience of helping individuals and couples to find a way forward. I work in my own practice in Longwick, between Thame, Oxfordshire and Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire. I also provide secure and confidential online and telephone counselling on the occassions when you cannot attend in person.
Diversity
Everyone is different, so I use various skills to offer a heart-centred and professionally robust service to take into account diverse needs. You may feel marginalised by society or that that your needs are not met by traditional services. I offer a non-judgemental service that recognises inequality and honours diversity. A sliding fee structure helps to make counselling more accessible. I welcome people from all cultural heritage backgrounds and members of the LGBTQI+ community. I work alongside people who are trans, gender diverse and questioning.
Fees
The hourly rate is £75 per hour, payable by bank transfer within 24 hours of the session. Alternative methods of payment can be discussed. If you are experiencing financial hardship, then a reduction may be made.
Individuals and couples are welcome on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
